Lisa Frommhold

Lisa Frommhold is the 2018 Global CEO for One Month at the Adecco Group. After an extensive selection process in her home country of Germany and a global boot camp, she was selected out of 204,000 applicants worldwide. As Global CEO for One Month, she worked alongside Alain Dehaze, CEO of the Adecco Group. The Adecco Group is the leading HR solutions provider active in over 60 markets worldwide with its ecosystem of brands. As a Fortune 500 company, the Adecco Group is striving to make the future work for everyone and provide not only state of the art solutions to its clients but all of its customers, including more than 700,000 associates all around the globe. During the program, Lisa got to shadow Mr. Dehaze during all his meetings and was asked to give feedback, debriefs and foster a culture of reverse mentoring.

Prior to this program, Lisa graduated from the International School of Management in Dortmund with a degree in Psychology & Management. After completing the program she stayed at Modis, a professional recruitment brand for IT, engineering and life science under the Adecco Group umbrella. While working, she is also pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Transformation & Sustainability at the Hamburg School of Business Administration.
