As CEO of Peoplelink Group, Jay’s role is to (1) identify future leaders within the organization and develop them, (2) allocate the organization's resources effectively, (3) nurture and sustain the corporate culture, and, (4) maintain a bias for action and drive bottom line results. Jay’s philosophy includes the mandate to question, and question some more, in the spirit of never ending communication and dialogue. Jay has led Peoplelink in one role or another since its inception in 1987. He is a native of Indiana with a BS in Business Marketing from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
